Jenny MannionJenny A. Mannion, LMHC, NCC

I maintain a private practice in Riverview, Florida. I have the pleasure of loving my career choice as a Gottman Level III therapist while serving couples and individuals in my community for over 24 years. My passion for couples therapy has been fueled by my past experiences. I’ve found that mental health issues, job-related stress and family dynamics can erode a relationship.
My mission is to help individuals to examine how they impact their own relationship while teaching both partners how to make their relationship top priority. Decisions that are best for the individual are not necessarily what is best for the relationship. I believe your relationship has to be nurtured and cared for if you want longevity. I can teach you how to achieve the long-lasting love you desire.

Over the past two decades, I have worked in community mental health which means I am well versed in a broad range of mental health symptomology. While in community mental health, I supervised licensed therapists and facilitated the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing me the opportunity to become familiar with managing staff and understanding the intricacies of work-related stressors.

I am an asset to the Department of Juvenile Justice as I’ve been the licensed therapist on staff in residential facilities and in outpatient settings, developed curriculum for anger management, taught verbal de-escalation to program staff and I am a Juvenile Sexual Offender Specialist. Through these experiences, I have the distinction of being recognized as an expert in family systems therapy.

I am a well-respected community resource and I enjoy sharing my expertise with many populations. I have been a guest lecturer at the University of South Florida in the Master’s Program and I’m a member of the Board of Directors for Camelot Community Care. I am a Clinical Member of ATSA (Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers), a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors and I’m a Qualified Supervisor with the State of Florida.
